Survivors of suicide will tell you that no matter how far behind they leave the event, the memories return from time to time like Echoes In the Well. When I was growing up, depression was not understood as the serious condition it really is. Those who suffered usually did so alone. Many who suffered had none to turn to, so they turned upon themselves. If you or anyone you know is suffering, please seek help. It's out there. There are those who will help find a way from the darkness back into the light.
