Thoughts behind the artwork...

The premise of this is actually pretty simple. As we now live in a world of corrupt polical figures, and a system that openly supports and embraces that corruption, the only way that "We the People" will ever see change that benefits us ALL is for somebody to rise up through the ranks OUTSIDE of the establishment already in place. This "Grass roots hero" will be benevolent and selfless. He or she will not seek material gains as the primary motive for rising up and lifting the world on broad shoulders. This hero will adhere to justice and equality. The Grass roots hero will understand that ALL deserve to live with dignityx, respect, hope and opportunity. It sure is nice to dream.
